House2house epc provides Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for domestic properties. I am fully accredited with BRE Certification Ltd since July 2007.
With effect from 14th December 2007 legislation states that it is necessary for all domestic properties marketed for sale in England and Wales to have a Energy Performance Certificate. The Certificate provides the rating for a dwelling property; it rates energy efficiency and environmental impact on a scale from A-G (A being the most efficient and G the least efficient).I am based in Leicester and cover all of the Leicestershire and neighbouring areas:

The Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) rate the energy performance of a domestic property. The EPC’s will be carried out by an approved Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) who is qualified to carry out these assessments. The Dea must be a member of an Accreditation Scheme. The Certificate will also give advice on further improvements that can be made. These are cost saving recommendations for the home. The certificate will provide a rating for the property.
By 2009 all buildings in the United Kingdom that are constructed, sold, or rented out will have to have an Energy Performance Certificate.
